Our Commitment to Transparency
At Passport Brotherhood, we believe in clear, fair, and transparent policies. This page explains how subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds work for all membership tiers.
Subscription Billing
Passport Brotherhood memberships are billed on a recurring basis:
- •Billing occurs monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the plan you select at signup
- •Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled by the member
- •You will be charged using the payment method on file at the start of each new billing cycle
- •Billing dates are based on your original signup date
Cancellation Policy
You are free to cancel your membership at any time:
- •Members may cancel through their account portal or by contacting support at info@passportbrotherhood.com
- •Cancellation stops future billing immediately
- •You retain full access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing period
- •No partial refunds are issued for unused time after cancellation
Example: If you cancel on day 10 of a 30-day monthly subscription, you will retain access for the remaining 20 days, but will not be charged again when the period ends.
Refund Policy
As a digital membership offering immediate access to resources, community forums, virtual events, and online content:
- •All payments are non-refundable, including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans
- •This includes unused time, forgotten cancellations, or lack of usage
- •Refunds are not provided for digital content that has already been accessed or downloaded
Limited Exception: Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate charges or technical billing errors. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
Failed Payments
To ensure uninterrupted access to your membership:
- •If a payment fails, our payment processor may automatically retry billing over the following days
- •Your access may be paused if payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts
- •Members are responsible for keeping payment information up to date in their account settings
- •You will receive email notifications if a payment fails
Account Termination by Passport Brotherhood
Passport Brotherhood reserves the right to:
- •Suspend or terminate memberships for violations of our Code of Conduct, Terms of Service, or disrespectful behavior
- •No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations
- •Members will be notified via email if their account is suspended or terminated
